  • We educate students through guided physical activity sessions, teaching safe use of gym equipment, the importance of stretching, and how movement supports brain health, focus, and mental well-being.

Single Sessions

A one-time wellness experience tailored to your school’s needs. Choose between a movement-based class or a hands-on workshop filled with practical tips and take-home habits that inspire students to feel energized, focused, and balanced

    • One-time 1-hour workshops on any of the four pillars: movement, mental health, nutrition, and recovery

    • Designed to inspire healthy habits and introduce key wellness strategies.

    • Ideal for trial sessions, wellness days, or special events

    • $250/Session

    • Starting price includes up to 20 students. Each additional student is subject to a $8 fee/session. Final total varies based on group size .

Semester Program

A consistent wellness series designed to support students’ mental, physical, and emotional growth throughout the term. Each session builds on key habits in mindfulness, movement, and nutrition, helping students strengthen focus, balance, and resilience for academic success.

    • Customize the contents of the program to your school's goals

    • Through repeated exposure, students develop a holistic and well-rounded approach to integrating movement, mental health, nutrition, and recovery into daily life

    • Choose from 1-3 sessions/week

    Includes:

    • Structured progression across the four wellness pillars

    • Professional led physical activity sessions 

    • Student progress tracking with monthly check-ins & recognition 

    • Starting at CA$3,042.00/semester for a total of 13 sessions

    • Each sessions is offered at a discounted rate of $234 each — a 5% savings compared to booking individual workshops.

    • Starting price includes up to 20 students. Each additional student is subject to a $8 fee/session. Final total varies based on group size & total number of sessions per week

Full-Year Program

An ongoing wellness partnership that weaves well-being into the school culture. Through regular sessions and evidence-based practices, students develop lifelong skills to manage stress, boost energy, and thrive both in and beyond the classroom

    • A year-long commitment that ensures wellness becomes part of school culture.

    • Students discover how movement, rest, nutrition, and mindset shape their daily lives, leaving with habits that support them long-term and instill stronger self-leadership

    • Moves beyond theory to create a lived experience where evidence-based learning becomes everyday practice

    •  Choose from 1-3 sessions/week

    Includes:

    • A selection of seminars, hands-on workshops, and professional led physical activity sessions

    • Student progress tracking & two semester reports

    • End-of-year recognition event with certificates

    • Two wellness excursions (locations TBD upon registration)

    • Starting at CA$7,293.00/year for a total of 33 sessions

    • Each sessions is offered at a discounted rate of $221 each — a 10% savings compared to booking individual workshops.

    • Starting price includes up to 20 students. Each additional student is subject to a $8 fee/session. Final total varies based on group size & total number of sessions per week
