A full-spectrum wellness partnership designed to teach sustainable health habits that enhance work-life balance, and long-term well-being. This premium plan combines weekly workshops, movement sessions, & curated offsite experiences that foster connection and renewal. Through ongoing data collection and tailored support, companies gain measurable insight into engagement, productivity, & the lasting impact of a wellness-focused culture.

    • Four 60-minute sessions per month (weekly rotation of interactive workshops and movement sessions)

    • Flexible delivery: on site or virtual

    • A Digital Wellness Essentials Guide for all employees, filled with practical tips on stress, nutrition, sleep, and work-life balance

    • Monthly data collection & wellness report to evaluate progress and impact

    • Quarterly 30-minute Q&A “Office Hours” (virtual drop-in where employees can ask health, fitness, and nutrition questions)

    • One organized Wellness Social per quarter (offsite excursion at premium local wellness facilities,  yoga, meditation, recovery spaces with team-building focus). Note: facility fees billed separately at discounted partner rates.
